The struggle of BlackBerry looks like its over after the Canadian company has agreed to be sold for $4.7billion to a group led by Fairfax Financial Holdings.
The company announced today announced that "it has agreed to be acquired for $4.7 billion by Fairfax Financial, which currently holds around 10% of the company's stock"
