Ngozi has raised the hopes of her fans, having declared that she will be returning home soon, DailyPost has gathered.
The Fuji House of Commotion actress who was recently flown to the United Kingdom to have a kidney transplant, according to a close pal had bounced back to good health, after the surgery and would soon return home.
Speaking from London hospital, the thespian said, “ I’m getting better and by the grace of God, I will soon return home.”
She stressed that her return will depend on the approval of her Doctors. “I will return home when my Doctors certify me fit to return to the country,” she said.
It would be recalled that the actress’ recent pictures which she uploaded online showed how she had dramatically changed after the renal failure. The who wants to be a millionaire show organized in her assistance also showed her diminishing health.
However, the Lagos State Government under the leadership of Babatunde Raji Fashola and other well-meaning Nigerians who came to her aide saw her through, as she was able to travel abroad for treatment. The governor donated N4.5 million after having read of her ailment in a publication. Other friends and corporate organizations donated another N2 million she needed for the kidney transplant.
