This is one of the Hostels of a Nigerian Police College and its deplorable state, as reported by Channels television recently.
The Police recruits will spend 13 months of their lives in this kind of environment and on graduation, we expect them to perform miracles in terms of preventing and controlling crimes.

Students were seen urinating at the back of the building where the drainage system has broken down completely. The toilets and bathrooms are in such terrible conditions, one wonders how students manage to survive this horrible 13 months.

We are appealing to the Inspector General of Police to expedite action in seeing that this ugly state of our police is changed for good. They deserve better!
